About Symphony Ledger

Hello, my name is Symphony.

I created Symphony Ledger as a central hub to showcase my love for quality food, recipes, and ideas.

I've enjoyed cooking and baking since I was a pre-teen. I prefer being in the kitchen and preparing food myself because I value knowing and choosing the ingredients that go into what I make. As I've gotten older, the purpose behind that passion has become clear.

Professionally, I studied Baking & Pastry at Johnson & Wales University and received an Associate in Applied Science degree in 2017. In 2024, I obtained my Class A CDL and transported food and beverages throughout the United States in refrigerated trailers. I have also worked in the Berkeley and Charleston County School Districts in South Carolina, giving me firsthand experience and perspective on food and education within our communities.

It is now time for me to contribute and use every gift the Lord has given me.
